The young maiden being urged to chug by her suitor. A subject that Vermeer painted with much grace and good taste back in 1659 or so. But this is the 21st century, and there is no place for grace or good taste here. However, we still have the window on the left throwing some light on the subject.
Vermeer's giggling maiden is replaced by someone with much more knowledge of the world, Edna Krabappel. As a matter of fact, Snake better watch out for himself. Meanwhile, poor Barney gazes into the distance, melancholy about the level of beer in his glass.
The painting is 10 inches wide by 10 inches high. It is an original oil on a board.
I can also offer a print of a different size, 8x8. The print is matted, and thus the final dimensions are 12x12.
There is obviously only one copy of the original. However, multiple copies of the print are available.
